Bitcoin dominance is at its highest since december 2017. After this runup, profits WILL flow into alts.

inb4 margin trading makes hedging with alts obsolete. Anyone with half a brain except the most abject gamblers knows margin trading is a wonderful way to get rekt

Muh altszn, suck a fat dick retard. Feels great seeing alties get crushed.

if you know so much why arent you already insanely rich? stupid faggot

>> No.15115892

I don't know which alt to move into. So much looks really good. I'm 50% ETH and 35% BTC.

>> No.15115903

Like 5 months ago alts were going absolutely berserk while BTC had its dick up it’s own ass at $4k and yet people want to claim alts are dead. The cycle will repeat — MMs aren’t going to leave out the other half of the market and the quickest way to gain more BTC from brain dead foreigners.

>> No.15115911

Or maybe altcoins are just dying bro.

>> No.15115945

>>15115862
How new are you?

>> No.15115949

Wrong. 2017 was fueled by redditors student loan money and your barber cashing in their tiny 401k to gamble and get rich. Current investments are coming in from institutions and billionaires as a hedge against currency manipulation. They do not give a fuck.about gambling on alts and will never invest in them.

Alts are finished.

>>15115911
this, what if people have learned that its pointless to invest in when BTC is going to go up for a while and people who invest in anything other than BTC is literally the runts of society

>> No.15116014

If you need a reminder about why people still use alts to hedge, see
>>15115767

>>15115911
Correct. Many (most) are and will not come back. I think the market is slowly but surely becoming more rational. I think we can expect certain projects with good fundamentals to boom. Look at projects that keep high volume. LINK in particular.

>>15115949
A solid amount of the money in the market is probably still traders. Volume is high. People are buying and selling. Institutions are not doing high-frequency trading--- they are holding--- so as long as volume stays high we can assume people are actively moving money in and out of alts/btc.

Even peter Brandt said it. There’s not going to be another alt season, ever. Only a handful of coins are going to survive , as everything else goes to zero and folds up

Also: BTC dominance is about 3% below the 200 weekly sma so it might get shot down at that point.

people said the same thing in 2017, “you’ll never see another 2013 again!”

Personally I’d be buying the shit out of proof-of-work privacy coins right now, something that is hard, sound money and not a erc-20 print-a-coin scam.

Ehh watch the shit pump 300%+ prior to end of year. Now is just the wait for entry time before we do. Haven't touched alts since before their huge run up earlier this year. Looking for another entry for seconds. Alts benefit from btc in long run, just gotta hold.

BTC must not double in price, if so I'm screw with all my Altcoin holdings! Gonna double my BTC this 5 weeks with NOIA, afterward I'm converting all my remaining ALTS to Bitcoin. It's gonna pump by the end of this year for sure. NOIA is a safe-hedge as there is an 1-to-1 Airdrop for hodler (snapshot taking place on 12th Aug + low. cap. Gem less than 1M + Backed by Microsoft & Cisco)
Even Ethereum isn't looking like such a good hodl at the moment
