bitcoin and other currencies will just hardfork before anything bad happens. Cryptographic hash functions are quantum proof so you can use the old ledgers.

IOTA by its default design but most serious blockchains have already quantum resistance in their roadmap. Still tho quantum computer threat is less likely to come before many other shit like us crypto crackdown or btc 51% attack...
