How do I cope with knowing I had 15k link but traded 5k of them for Iota so now I only have 10k link, I literally think about it every day, its starting to affect my sleep and workout routine and eating habits, I've gained 20lbs in 2 weeks

I was in you exactly same situation, I just called smart contract for a 5k refund, got back to 15k in a matter of minutes. Only caveat though is that Sergey will want any body fat gains you've had since your last sell order, so I got gastric bypass surgery done to give him the fat I gained. It was paid for though (I assume from the 700k dumps) so that was nice and now I'm thinner. It's a win-win!
