I hate this shitcoin but I get what's happening. Exchanges ALWAYS accumulate the coin they're listing so they can dump it on their customers first. They're holding back their green light because they knew Harmony was being cute and getting as close to breaking their NDA as possible to excite bagholders. No announcement means a dump, a dump at these prices means capitilation. That and btc broke all hope of starting a bear trend. (We're still bull). So we will pump but it will go to the new exchange and Harmony monthly sales. Holders will get shit on and left scraps.
