>Wagie from 14-present (29 years old)
>Tired of wagecucking at 27, thought I made it in crypto after being up $500k+
>Decide to quit job, up until June 2018 I lived off crypto
>Market collapses
>Mostly in alts
>Withdraw money from joint family account
>in debt everyday from June 2018-March 2019
>Frantic interviewing starts in Aug 2018
>Discrimination bias against mid-long term unemployed
>In debt Q4 2018 (Nov-Dec) as market bottoms
>Last ditch effort to make up losses owed to joint account behind the scenes
>Withdraw all of 401k
>Get 3 job offers in 2 weeks in March 2019
>Wagecuck at a $90k a year salary at a dying company with no 401k matching and shaky business. Cool, Im getting a paycheck
>April 2019 Pay all debts back, still have CC debt, Net worth at 28 years old at this point: -$7,500 from $120,000 in Jan 2018
>Lease expired end of May, out of a place and put my stuff in storage
>Live at home short term, lie to my gf because Im too ashamed to tell her any of this.
>June 2019 company lays off half of the staff, pass round of layoffs
>Literally working at a sinking ship, but Im good at what I do and Im at a point where I do what I need to to keep a paycheck
>Also Turn 29 in June, lower debt to $3k.
>July comes she keeps asking to see my place
>I keep putting it off because I dont have a place and use work as a crutch
>Hit a breaking point in 2nd week of June, gf constantly wanting to stay over my "new place"
>Decide to break up with her as a 29 year old boomer
>Depressed for weeks, but Ive already lost everything and Im not enough of a pussy to kms so the show must go on
>Sleeping at work, no place, dont want to live with my parents
>Shower at gym in AM, set alarm for 5AM so no fellow wagies see me
>As of today Ive saved up $15k in the bank, with $1.5k left CC debt

Is there any realistic hope for be bros? I lost everything. I lied. I gave it all away. But I somehow still wake up every morning to wagecuck knowing it all. I need to make it.

1.5K in debt is literally nothing. Pay it all off with the 15K that you currently have. Worst case scenario you can move to SE Asia to teach English and live the bay life over there at a minium cost.

Why would you not liquidate $500k worth of positions in a ponzi scheme market?

Also, a partner is meant to be someone to whom you can share everything -- living conditions is easily under that radar.

I think you shouldn't have any hope because you're dumb.

Keep your head up anon any keep grinding. Put $100 from every paycheck into BTC so you don't an hero if it makes another run. You already have a gym membership, so hopefully you're exercising. If not, head over to /fit/ and learn to lift. Lifting totally turned my life around when I was going through depression.

Maybe you'll feel better after you get some closure with her and tell her the truth.

Did you love her? Do you miss her?
Did it hurt you to break it off?
How did she feel?

About 2 months before it started rising from .40, Once it started going over .50 I fomoed in at .60.
The money I got from a motorcycle wreck that I had when I was 18, I got a 10,000 as the person who hit me has no insurance but I got lawyered up and got 30k settlement but it had to be split 3 ways. I have 5k fiat in my savings,5k in chainlink but I'm going to put that 5k into chainlink soon.
As for the ATH I should have sold but didn't want to get bogged. I will sell 1000 LINK at $100 so I can move out of my parents house.
I did have a job last month but got fired after giving my friends alcohol on the clock.

Losing your life savings is trivial?
How do I explain why Im a 29 year old wagie with no savings
I dont have a liberal arts degree
And yes I know Im a dumbass
I was banking on whatever $10-20k i had left in the market recovering enough so i could move past the losses but it never happened.

eth?
I'm in a similar situation. I kept my job and I am a laughingstock since everyone saw my meteoric rise last bull run.

I cope with my modest stack and remind myself that I'm broke and I'm not dead.

I will work, dca and trade my way back to financial freedom even with my last dollar.

At the age of 29? Meh.
I could understand breaking up over catching hiv, not something like this.
You appear to have some sort of an inferiority complex and are so afraid of ruining your image, you prefer to sabotage your important relationships for it.
That's a great way to be completely alone.
>How do I explain why Im a 29 year old wagie with no savings
by telling the truth, this is seriously not a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Interesting, thanks for your honesty.
Me I fomo'd 50 dolalrs into Link above $3 as my entry into the world of coins. Calmed down a little and put 20 from my next paycheck into sub-dollar coins.
Don't really know what I'm doing but I'm fine with holding into the long term.
I don't have big lump sums which is probably good, but I'm not making a lot at the minute so it'll just be trickling maybe 150 a month into crypto at most. I'd rather get in lower on the ground floor on coins around where link was back at the early stage, although I did put another 50 into link in my last paycheck.
Do you have any advice for which exchanges to use, particularly when you plan on cashing out to minimise taxes?

Pic related is tax brackets and coinbase is probably the safest bet for the future.

You have to pay taxes, If the IRS audits you have to pay back the money you if you cashed out and never gave it towards taxes. If you hold crypto for more than a year it is considered long term capital gains which means lower taxes.

I don't know what you are good at, so I can't say what you should do. But as long as you don't give up you'll figure it out. The human spirit is limitless. So you have $14K in savings? Still time to make it. This is no joke : Buy ZUCKBUCKS, and WAIT. It's clearly going to boom in the next few months. $14K can scoop up a decent chunk of the supply right now. If you get shaky hands, sell at a 10x.

That's $140,000.

when you hit that, put it into a new Binance coin that everyone is pink-wojaking off of (for example, Harmony right now, if you had the money now) and WAIT. do NOT panic sell if it bleed anothet 20-40%. It will peak in time. Once you get above $100K, you need high volume stuff, so, that's your ticket.

there you go. your path to making it is right here. don't buy ANYTHING from 2017-2018. buy zuckbucks, and keep your greasy fingers off the keys.

You will never make it because you can’t understand what to correctly do with money once you get it. Milk this shit, make a real hustle with your skills, and reinvest your money. Even if you started a successful business, the same fate would happen because you obviously can’t control your spending and would blow it. You should have taken profits and invested them somewhere else while still working. Quitting your job and losing all sources of income was your biggest mistake. It made you lazy and greedy.

>Wagecuck at a $90k a year salary
I worked about 6 months for the last year and a half. Drew some gibs. I managed to have a car and an apartment alone. In total I may have earned like 12000 euros in the last year and a half. I consider I have a high quality standard of living, I lack nothing. How do you guys manage money? Do you use it to wipe your ass or what? Eat everyday at restaurants?
