To follow up on that, if and when you sell, there are several places to put your money that will pay you 8-10% in cash dividends per year. I know a lot of you will be coming out with 20-50k stacks. Selling 35k at $20 is $700k. $500k invested at 9% cash dividends is $45k/yr or $3,750 a month averaged out. That’s life changing money you can rely on for the rest of your life as long as real, publicly traded companies and REITS stay in business which is a strong possibility. Just please be responsible guys. There’s so much to do with $700k.
