Depends on the area, but robotics isn't a bad choice since people are going crazy over automation. My friend got into robotics and got a job who works with Toyota. He helps out on the programming side. But you know, that requires college, and it might be oversaturated by the time you're finished.

If you're not too hot on spending 4+ years in college, you could always go into a coding boot camp where they teach you shit like web design, UI/UX, back-end coding. It's much cheaper and much shorter than any college. Some boot camps require no cost until you actually land a job. My other friend did a coding boot camp, and was able to get a job 3 months after he was done.

I heard trades are in demand recently since all the boomers are finally starting to die and millennials/zoomers were taught that "trades r ghey" so very little of them bothered with them. If you can land an apprenticeship, you're pretty much set.

I have no problems with hump day anymore. I've trained my brain to enjoy all the secret joys leading up the weekend. Wednesdays i basically just fart around and do nothing at all because i can make it up on thursday and thursday is like "Friday's Eve" So I can do whatever i want on Thursday night knowing that friday is usually a chill day anyhow. In fact I just remembered my team just elected to work remote on Friday because they dont want to deal with the hassle of commuting during Lollapalooza so pretty much a 3day weekend for me. Anyhow, Mondays and Tuesdays are still a bit rough but i think the worst thing about training this rapid mindset that "wednesday is essentially the start of the weekend" is that the actual weekend goes by faster and feels smaller and more on the cusp of monday because im already relaxing by wednesday.

tuesdays nights i usually go see a movie. mondays are my chill and rest days. At least until NFL starts backup
