Was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata in recent days and my hair is currently falling out in chunks. Staying positive thanks to /biz/ and comforted because even if I'm bald I'll still make it.

my life is going pretty ok considering how deep of a hole i've been digging myself out of

however, something very strange is happening right now and im immensely worried, the short of it is i think i was used by a girl to make her ex (my best friend) jealous (i never banged her or anything), 2 days ago he ghosted me but she didn't (and she claims they're more than an hour away from where i live), im very seriously starting to think that she did something to him, it's not entirely impossible that he could just be wanting some time alone to play his game since we give each other a lot of freedom, but the fact that he hasn't said a single word to me in more than 48 hours is starting to become very alarming, 20 min ago she sent me a snap claiming she had no friends, then she sent me another saying she "had something to share with me in due time"

im really worried bros what do?

I am regular balding person, there is no hope for me, but I ain't even mad. Anyway a buddy of mine had his falling out in chunks like that in 2015. Today, it's all come back. Kind of a weird thing.
