They also did not sell the absolute top post Coinbase listing. That could have been seen as "oh shit, the team thinks this is the highest price LINK will ever go and are taking advantage of it."
They waited until a natural correction came and are selling in staggered chunks, which also appear to be purposefully obfuscated to hide the true recipients.
If you're going to FUD this project at Chainlink ground zero you best come prepared with some actual fucking knowledge next time.

In regards to dumping, my point is, wouldn’t they only dump the bare minimum if they thought the token would be worth more? Do the math. Even if they sold the same amount for 6 dollars a token, they would have to sell way less. They could have sold the bare minimum and hired devs gradually. Link also had plenty of traditional funding but I guess that’s gone so they’re treating link as a funding token.
