Some jobs are pretty easy and do not require 40 hours per week yet we spend all that time at the office. What are people really doing at work besides "working"?

Most of these older wagecuckers need more than 40 hours a week to get anything done. The older men especially have it rough; years of poor nutrition, coffee abuse, and nightly wife naggings have taken an irreversible toll on the synapses. I used to look at guitars online and play online risk with my colleagues when I had a job like that. I’d finish my weeks worth of work usually by 11am on Monday and then the rest of the week would be just trying to fill the time. I spent a lot of time sleeping on the toilet honestly. Was pretty boring and dreadful. Gave me some excellent life perspective though.

This is what most people don't get. They crave after a job where all you do is sit and look at the internet but it really gets boring at some point. It's not that I do anything else when I get home but the dread of you having to actually GO there everyday and pretend to be working + the social interactions make it fucking awful. I mean when I browse internet in my own home it's comfy as fuck and I vape weed. I have a ton of PDFs and often times I'll read in my down time. That or I'll take self guided MOOCs or stealthily watch torrented TV shows I've stored on my phone. The trick is to set your desktop screen and desk just right so it looks like you're working on something. If someone comes to your desk and sees your shit you have to change it though
