>be me. Casual trader on localbitcoins because my country has no proper fiat onramp.
>lbc asks for new kyc eventhough i was already verified previously. Fine, submit all kyc info request. Gave picture of my passport.
>somehow failed confido auto verification. Not sure why, maybe my picture was too dark.
>only way to get verified is to mail customer support. Get asked to submit another set of pics.
>fine. I submit another set of pics. This time with drivers license instead of passport because passport was not with me at the time
>lbc block my account and say i will never trade there again simply because i gave 2 sets of official government issued id documents showing the exact same name instead of just one.

How retarded is this situation?
