I want to be a neet to play arena on live all day. It's the only thing I care about these days. I jump into new raids and new dungeons here or there but don't do any grinding for gear or farming at all, just pvp. Arena is addicting as fuck and the best part about the game by far, shame only a sliver of the population of the game does it though 90% does pve including all the devs.

Classic will be fun I'll definitely have a character on there but it's more an old fashioned mmo thats slower paced and requires way more grinding

If I were a neet if play both a lot though

Day 1 of Vanilla is one of the most memorable moments in my life. As sad as that might sound, I'd kill to capture even 1/10th of the wonder and excitement I had exploring Durotar as a level 1 orc warrior amongst hundreds of other players, then thousands, while we figured out the new world on our own.

It was a unique feeling that no game has captured since, and maybe never will. But the release of vanilla wow will bring back that feeling, if only for a moment, and I'm looking forward to that

feel the exact same way, even though i only experienced pservers of course. first days of nostalrius were like this for me. the wonder of exploring new zones and learning your class along the way to 60 is an experience like no other.
genuinely was the most fun i've ever had in a videogame, met some of the coolest people who i played with for years but i left it all behind.

i was a NEET for the majority of the time that i played and lived off my crypto gains from 2017 but it got old for me. across all my chars i had hundreds of days. i wouldn't say i wasted those years as i managed to do other things in my free time but it didn't feel great. i hope you boomers have fun diving into classic, just don't go too hard lmao.

i didn't really "make it". i was mostly hodling btc/eth. i got a "nice start", cashed out enough to NEET at parent's house and reinvested the rest mostly into link (80%) and the rest i use to margin trade BTC. i could've made more if i actively traded during 2017, instead of just playing private servers.

basically i learned that even if i truly make it, i still need to figure out what i want to do. neeting it up sounds nice and is for a while, but it got tiring. i think a lot of anons need to realize this now. money won't solve the issues that you have deep down, especially issues of boredom and not knowing what to do with yourself.

Yes, I used to raid in my late teens/20s through high school and college.

I’ve spent the last ten years wageslaving and I my version of making it is living in my paid off house and playing video games all day.

Wouldn’t be wow specifically but I literally have a decade long backlog of games to play. Sometimes I used to get sick of gaming, but now knowing the alternative, I’ll find ways to keep myself entertained.

Between having a full time 21st century job (aka 50/60 hours min) a wife, and son a kid I get maybe 4 hours a week to myself.

When I’m home I have so much shit to do around the house, any time I take to relax is putting something else off.

I’d kill to be bored. I haven’t had time to be bored in over 3,000 days.
