Will link ever hit 100$? It needs about a 40x for that(4000%). This means about the same marketcap as ethereum at ATH (the platform it runs on). If it keeps it sats value btc needs to reach $400.000. This all seems a little bit far reached. Still very bullish on link but it’s never gonna go above 2 digits

Links current mc is under 1B.
ETH is currently at under 30B mc.

So for Link to reach only ETHs current mc this would mean a boost of almost your stated 40x.

Nothing is impossible, but it's unlikely. I think it will top out at $10 - $20 for the time being. Both BTC and ETH needed years in the market to really rise, and LINK will be no different.

IF it proves to be the foundation of oracles in the way ETH is the foundation of smart contracts, then yes, it might go up to $100.

$1000 is a meme, though.
