Hey /biz/

I just placed my first large order from a wholesaler in china. I have a plan to open up an online store, as well as have personal sales locally. I know with the right effort I may be able to make the local sales be the bulk of my business at the start. Before the large order I placed a sample order and got 5 products which sold that week. I know its not a lot but considering my product costs 200-300$CAD it isnt bad.

>There is local competition but their prices are too high
>Their products are probably selling for 4 times what they got it for
>I can sell similar or the same products but sell them for a little less. Maybe making 3 times the profit per item.

Is this a good strategy? I plan on getting OEM stuff, a logo and start to build a brand for myself. Is fiverr a good resource for getting a logo and other services to help build my business?

I heard fiverr logo artists have been caught copying trademarked logos and slightly altering them, however I know what my logo is gonna look like so if I draw it out and just send it to some jew in Albania to convert it to a vector file I think it may be a good option.

Sorry for being vague but I am a faggot that thinks his idea is worth so much. Ive got a 5000$ loan and my overall goal is to be self employed.

Can anyone recommend me some resources on e-commerce or whatever other subject may be useful to me? Im 20 and Ive never really cared much about business until a couple months ago when I had the idea.

Mate I have great hope and wish you the best for your business, you have a really great plan. Unfortunately there's not I can offer to help, but the only advice I can give is to not ask for advice on 4chan. If you want legit advice, ask Reddit, or join an entrepreneur forum. This whole website is an inside joke and full of idiots
