I roll with 2 for my peasant NEET retirement. IF the stock market takes a giant shit and I can find some safe, 7-10% divvie yield, I might get me a piece of that action. But for now, I'm not holding overpriced bullshit stocks for 3% dividends.

Rent through real estate. I bought two houses and 6 families live in them, I have one apartment on my own.
This makes up like 35k per year. In two years I'll have to do some renovation work but I'll do as much as I can with some friends of mine to save on costs.

Do REITs such as VGSLX count as real estate?

>> No.14950946

>>14950885
Since I live in one of them and the other one is pretty close by, I do everything on my own. The worst thing is to bring the trash on the street regularly for the weekly pick up.
You can always hire property managers but that just decreases your margin.
I did not have to renovate bath rooms and kitchens yet but I'm planning to do everything on my own. The equipment and material is expensive af though.

Why would you want to? The one single crypto that is the very definition of "Ponzi scam" is Tezos.

* no way to obtain it except to buy it from someone who has it, or to own some already
* no way for the price to increase except if some bigger fool buys it from you for more money
* not accepted anywhere for any purpose

Show me even one store that natively accepts Tezos -- not "we accept 950 different cryptos through our payment processor!" but "Pay us in Tezos because we believe in it."

Why is that? Cliff me.

I know tokenized real estate, but isn't staking taking gas off transactions not the value of somth. Ie you still get decimals of a cent even on mellions in real estate transactions?

I actually am not aware
Let me know.
