I work in a factory owned by the most jewish jew to ever live. I am paid on a piece rate basis. According to literature straight from the Department of Labor's website and the Fair Labor Standards Act, I am entitled to overtime pay, however, I and none of the other piece rate workers receive overtime pay for the countless hours over 40 we put in each week. The work I do is definitely non-exempt from overtime pay.

/biz/, I am calling a lawyer tomorrow to discuss if my jew employer is breaking federal law by denying us employees overtime. Besides backpay, what kind of consequences could he and the company face?
