Okay I will give you the official by the book solution. Consult a tax accountant to clarify your situation.

If I were you I would simply withdraw the money. Pay the capital gains on it and continue with life. If the government comes at you for more money you can say you tried to pay the proper amount but accidentally did not. The worst that can happen in this scenario is you pay back taxes and interest. The best and likely scenario? Government doesn’t care and you fly under the radar.

100% agree. If I was pitched this last fall, I would've been like hell no. That's when it gapped down from around $14 per share. Look at the candle charts for the past year. Looks odd doesn't it? But after many moon, seeing how the heavy flow of shorts popped in at that time, and the company is not only still kicking, but making immense progress, it has become ridiculously undervalued, to the point where it was hitting $3s, and more recently low $5's. It was holding more CASH than its MARKET CAP. If that doesn't scream undervalued, I don't know what does.

At this point, really it's disingenuous to say it's not undervalued. Many exclusive deals, better leadership, paying debt, beating earnings. The future looks bright for this company. High short interest shows its way oversold, and the stock has risen despite this. Imagine what it would look like without all the dead weight? Even ol Chucky is saying it's a 1 percentile A grade stock, with the only lacking component being investor sentiment. Means we're getting in at the right time. Timing may not be 100% perfect, but I'm not here trying to time the market. I just see a good company lots of people think will fail despite all numbers, and I'm positive they're wrong.

But when you have enough money to afford buying back every single share, with some leftover, exactly why are investors running? Reminder that Trump is going to make some big moves tomorrow to distract from Mueller. I sold 2/3 of my SCHG, just in case he starts another trade war. Possibly with Germany. Actually, Merkle looking weak right now may be the opening he needs.

I should’ve take profits in Nintendo and Salesforce days ago when it was only a bit off of recent highs, but I got greedy and allowed it to slow bleed.

Once it gets high enough, likely around $10, (I presume, since most popped in much lower) gonna have some margin calls, then a short squeeze surge in demand. That's what I'm waiting for. This belief that LCI is gonna fail is no longer reasonable, hasn't been since March.

To be honest I'm just playing around. I'm super new to trading (LCI was my first stock purchase ever).
I dont care if I lose the $1,000. If i can see enough promise that it will flourish I'd buy more.
I'm financially pretty stable and make good enough money to not have to worry about a thousand bucks.
I spend 5x that amount per month on guns and ammo.
