I have trouble sleeping at night, thinking about my positions..

Every moment awake I spend my time browsing Telegram and 4Chan for rumours.. even at work I can’t concentrate.. my colleagues will sometimes ask me to join time for a drink but i always refuse, going straight home and look for hints at charts...

To be honest.. im done with trading crypto.. having positions is suffocating and stressing me out. My hairline receded like crazy since i started, friends left me and my girlfriend left me.. i’ve decided to stop trading, and just accept that i can’t live like a zombie watching charts..

This was me before I also quit trading. Now I just buy good projects, and hold them for short-mid or long term. My holdings now are Fantom, COTI, BNB and BPRO. Today is a red market, perfect time to buy if you have some fiat or tether.

Personally I’m long term. 60% in Fantom and 40% ETH. Both staked at xFutures for XFT (exchange token). You might want to look into buying and holding or swing trading.
