It's still in existence, it's not a scam, they just released a mobile wallet. Whether they'll ever pull off skywire is another matter, but when Sergey was talking about decentralisation, I thought of skycoin & skywire, cause it's the same ambition as link, they're trying to create a decentralised internet that's completely anonymous

yeah that's fine, diy miners are still being paid test net rewards until the migration to the incentivized mainnet. the transition phase should give plenty of time to upgrade
coin hours (SCH) are being listed on LBank at the end of the month, with the Coin Hour Bank to follow. so bandwidth monetization can't be far off now
