When would you report a circumstance of a prostitute being scammed by some organized thugs?

Lets say you've been to a nice young prostitute. Her ad reeked of naivete (anal with no condom for example) and it was just posted in the local escort-ads website. You come there and it turns out that she barely can speak the language, but looks happy, and her flat on the outskirts of the city seems very well furnished.

During the session, it turns out that she's being checked on by someone by an elaborate systems of knocks on the door, and frequently.

There's an non trivial chance that she was recruited from abroad and is being set up so it will be incredibly hard for her to revert once the clientele becomes overwhelming - nobody furnishes nice flats for shits and giggles, especially pimps, if they don't assume they will be rewarded beautifully.

From my perspective it was a single knock on the front door every 15 minutes. The ad in the escort website mentions this and asks to ignore this "because I'm treating my safety very seriously".

One can speculate that if the knock to the front door signifies presence of the pimp, so if something that the escort doesn't want to do happens, she can scream for help. She definitely wouldn't be able to defend herself on her own from any male due to her frail nature, so some men could see it as encouraging towards certain things...

What stops me from outright reporting or indulging in it at the time was that she didn't look distressed in the slightest. Had this bright, curious, even happy at times look on her face.
