just filled out an application for a credit card and it was successful apparently.

$4000 for free, whats the downside? free stuff for anon it looks like

Using it and not paying it back, accumulating debt that will take you years to pay for no reason with added interest inevitably making you take out a loan to pay it off

>t. Financial illiterate girlfriend busted her cards and after 4 years still hasnt paid 1/3 of it

>> No.14914497

The downside is you have to pay it back or not have any credit for years. Use it wisely and don't spend any money you cannot immediately pay back on auto-pay (full balance).

Man I took out a credit card when I was bad on opiates and figured I was going to be dead soon anyways. Ran it up buying shit and selling for cash to buy more drugs, fast forward and now I am 9 months clean and living a very different lifestyle.

Fuck that was stupid

can't garnish your wages if you don't have any wages

Any tips on getting mire credit from these people?
Should I just go applying to a bunch of other firms?

I wont lie to them about incone, I wont commit fraud but at the same time paying them back is pretty low on my list of things I want to do, I give no shit about credit score.

I evaded the garnishment for close to 5 years. I think they just had no idea where I worked because I change jobs a lot (IT)
I'm 99 percent sure they eventually found me when I updated my linked in. Don't use social media and don't put where you work online and you'll be ok

>the people on /biz/ giving "financial advice" are thousands of dollars in credit card debt

>> No.14914728

Nothing wrong with it if you have the discipline to pay it off.
