No. The articles just talked about the project raising money privately and the ICO or something. NO NEW EXCHANGE NEWS.
From the fact the articles didn't mention the coin and I didn't see it's ticker or price chart I assumed it wasn't trading yet so I came year to get an abuse answer - Though I was happy to find out it's on Binance and I bought some.

Yes, I meant halving from the peak. I've ridden out a few of these. I'm going to sell and buy after a few weeks when it goes vertical next time because of a big exchange add.

Well yeah sometimes exchange listings give quick spikes , but this is different in the fact that one has a liquidity problems in the fact that burgers can’t trade it. So I think some listings will have greater effect than listings where this is not the case.
