Was a meme, never used practically for anything, had value because memes, and it's basically been inflated in oblivion. No-one wants to buy it because there is no use for it.

It was basically a pump and dump scam like 99% of all the cryptos that came out in late 2013 and 2014. I saw it a mile away and knew all of them were scams. It wasn't until things like namecoin or even dark coin came out that actually had a legitimate purpose over bitcoin and litecoin.

Some people made money while others did not, it was all pyramid schemes whether the original creators intended for it to be that way or not.

Apple announced its "approved blockchains" whatever significance that holds... Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, The Dao and Ripple. It's funny how Dogecoin is the only undeniable joke crypto of the six.

Doge wasn't a scam at all. it was a joke. It was the QE to infinity version of BTC. It also served as a relaxed contrast to BTC with its focus on generousness instead of greed.
