Fundamentally, this is why Sir Gay set up his ‘company’ in the Caymens and made people tick disclaimer boxes confirming they weren’t American citizens in the ICO. Do you really think a legit project would go to such measures to escape the SEC’s reach if they weren’t doing anything wrong? Linkies have never been able to see the plain facts. On top of that it’s a printed out of thin air shitcoin with no working system after 2 years dumping 700,000 tokens a day from their 65% centralized supply after burning through 32 million dollars in 2 years.

Actually that’s you linkfags. You’re all 2016 r/The_Donald migrants. Don’t even try to deny it. A lot of us have been here from inception as a containment board for /g/. It’s very disingenuous of you to throw your fellow rebbitors under the bus like that. Your memes are unorganic and forced. Sergey has spent a lot of money hiring shills to dominate this board and give the false effect of an echo chamber. Most of you newfags have taken the bait, that’s why all linkies are newfags, oldfags don’t fall for shit like this. We can see obvious forced memes and fake enthusiasm because we’ve seen it 50 times before you have. It doesn’t exist on Rebbit due to moderation, so this is your first exposure to it, raw uncontrolled shilling which you take as genuine because you’re so used to your moderated safe spaces you assume all posts and ideas are sincere.

Its time to fuck off back to your containment website you tech illiterate cunt.

>why would Chainlink try and keep Americans out from the start legally speaking unless they were doing something dodgy
>”oMMg ur so dumb how u do the captcha lol”

You addressed nothing and offered no rebuttal, not even a reason which makes some kind of sense as to why Chainlink would bar Americans from the ICO explicitly. You just can’t do it linkie. You’ll never be able to debate someone like me, just like all the other linkies.

You may have another chance though. You can tell me right now a perfectly good reason as to why Chainlink would so explicitly bar Americans from the ICO and why Sergey would set up parent company smartcontract in the Caymen Islands, as opposed to anywhere at all in the United States. Give it your best.

So that’s your explaination, verbatim, of why Chainlink is registered in the Caymen Islands and why Sergey barred Americans from the ICO? Just say yes so I can laugh even harder. You must be sweating profusely right now.

So you're creating a new type of product that doesn't fit neatly into any existing categories and may or may not end up drawing the ire of US regulators at some point down the road. Why would you risk creating this product in the jurisdiction of a nation with heavy regulation? How many ICOs actually did this? Can you name some "legitimate" projects that did?

I’m glad you overcame your text stutter and finally fucking typed something out. Alright let me obliterate this. You can never do actual work in the US, with US companies trusting you if you do not have the oversight of the US authorities like what they have upon them. You’ll never do any real meaningful work like that unless you’re a foreign titan in a country with working laws.

Chainlink, operating out of a rented pidgeonhole in the Caymen Islands with no assets does not fit this description. Regulation means order and trust. I think it’s funny that the same companies that you’d like to see Chainlink ‘partner’ with are what they are because they’re American companies under the jurisdiction of the US, yet you’re now shitting on those same rules and laws being applied to Chainlink. Nice cognitive dissonance you got there lad.

It’s not even a new kind of product if it even existed as a product which it currently doesn’t. Enterprise API aggregation has been around for years. So all in all, fundamentally you have no valid points as to why Chainlink is registered in the Caymen’s out of a shoebox and Americans were barred from their ICO. I’m guessing you don’t genuinely believe what you typed out though, you’re just hoping someone else does.
