I'm studying CS but I realize I can just get freelance jobs then outsource them to other developers at cheaper rates, maybe a few dollars per hour cheaper. Does anyone here do this?

People that do freelancing are not reliable.

I did something similar, got an outbound sales type job and hired a filipino girls to do it using skype. It led to some leads, took credit for all the leads. They were getting paid like $4/hr I was paid almost $20/hr, easieset money ever

you usually get larger sized contracts only with enough reputation and experience. its typically not like that you just get that fat contract and then simply forward it, making a fortune from your cookie cut. i understand your business idea but as long as you are not established i doubt it. also remember if the sub contractor fucks up you're fully liable etc.

given your background and situation i give this business idea a 0 on a scale of 0 to 10.

> He will be out of touch with the technology used since his CS degree is already outdated

> He will get a job with the government and be so thankful even though gov jobs are where all the shitty fuckups who can't hack it in the private sector go

Classic compsci student. Thinks he's a lot smarter than he really is. Doesn't realize how fucked up the ass he will be. Doesn't realize he's going to eventually head back to school for business so he can be miserable managing miserable programmers and Asians. Idk I would just kms now bud as you already made a fatal mistake
