Sell it in country D
Have a humble cover for your income and launder your money slowly. Don't spend it all on nightclubs and sportscars and luxury real estate.

Never use a computer or internet connexion that is somewhat linked to you. No friends, parents workplace or gf.
Public connexion like mcdonalds.
No cameras. Look for a mcdonalds that has a bar or hagen dazs or another public place in the wifi vicinity and access the connexion from there.

Never reuse those places you connect from.

I knew a carder who would buy high end laptops, desktops, electronics, iPods ect. He would have those items shipped to a foreclosed house he knew about, or a reliable drop spot. The items would show, he would take them and turn the products for significant discounts, always cash, always a public place.

He made a significant amount of money doing that. He would flip anywhere from 4-12 computers a month at about 1000$ a PC. No credit card company questions a computer purchased as "a gift".
