I obviously have a problem with the "dumping", but the main problem is that he/the team, has not stated what they need the money for. Is this direct income for Sergey (as you hinted in the "you'd do the same" comment, like does he sell these tokens to buy cars, houses, stocks? Or does it go to development of the company? so far they have only said they were gonna hire a dozen new employee.. but 10 million $ is a lot for that few employees, and furthermore they got 32 million in the ICO sales..
