Hi Guys, i am 46 years young, fit as most 30 year olds and look 10 years younger than my age, however a couple of years ago i had nearly 1 year off work after a couple of mental breakdowns due to not handling the shit society throws at me and the bullshit decisions that society makes on my behalf. Anyway, the problem is now i am working in a casual factory job after leaving my 100k plus job that i had for the past 12 years and keep getting overlooked for permanency when about 60 others have been given the job.

My question is, does age discrimination exist within large corporations?

You had a pre-economic crisis grandfathered in job/salary because of your age and position, and now like a retard you started over for no reason.

You will NEVER get back to the salary you we’re making before. Just give up that pipe dream, you fucked that shit right up. You should be glad you we’re able to recover 60% of that salary after being such a fucking retard, as it’s still Boomer/GenX inflated and more than average by about 20 grand.

Your best bet is to find a job you don’t hate and live within your means, something I’m sure is impossible for you given your age demographic. That means don’t buy any coke or lease any sports cars retard.

With your salary you made over 12 years you could have put AT MINIMUM 25% of that away annually.

You should have $300,000 dollars in bonds/stocks/crypto/real estate. I’m sure you blew it on Beanie Babies and TVs though.

Could buy a plot of land outright in Montana/Idaho for 100G and retire off passive income last year but you ducked that up, don’t even WANT that.

Could buy a condo in Florida for 60 grand and work part time bagging groceries while your investments grow.

TL;DR you’re a dumb fuck and those of us who haven’t had 1/10th the opportunity you have won’t feel sorry for you.
