I got this for $10 CAD. Yes it’s real, the seller that sold it to me was supposed to give me a 2008 ms70 Panda but accidentally sent this. I asked if I could keep it and he discounted my original purchase and sold me this for $48 CAD. Total difference cost is $10 CAD. My 2008 is still coming.

Why junk silver over .999?

>> No.14825170

I got started just this year. I have accumulated four ounces of silver per week right up to now. I like that I methodically accumulated just over 100oz of silver up to now but why did shit have to start hitting the fan just a half year after I started?

One man's junk silver is another man's fractional silver. Besides that junk silver is like pieces of history and you can touch it without worrying about it losing value. I cannot freely touch my Eagles (unless they are culled) but I can touch Morgans and clink them about to my heart's content.

In the end it's still all silver.

I have some gold and silver etfs. How fucked am I if there's a serious economic crisis? I'm contemplating buying physical silver but the price over spot seems like a rip off.

You're fucked. Etfs are just pure air. You'll never see a dime if there is a collapse. Physical is the only way to go.

Do you really believe that paper will have value when it counts? Buy the physical metal. You pay fiat for the whole ounce. The ounce will preserve the wealth while the premium is a percentage fee that will crumble into dusty with compounded inflation until the only value left from thai original spent fiat is the ounce of silver. The lower the percentage, the less time this takes. Hint: gold has much lower premiums.

the retail price is damn close to mining cost. id say its a way better deal than paying 30-50% markup for food and drink that you kinda have to buy

why would you not buy the physical metal?

Been looking into this recently. What's the best PM to stockpile biz? Gold or silver, or maybe platinum or something?

>>14825170
Still confused about this. Explain to a brainlet, do you plan to sell into fiat eventually, or just hold indefinitely? Store of value memes aside, if SHTF why would anyone give a fuck about shiny boomer rocks? Like in a collapse scenario or even just under high inflation conditions (where cashing out to fiat doesn't make much sense) what purpose does having a ton of PMs actually serve? Wouldn't full on prepping be the better option at that point? Genuinely curious here.
