Let's speculate:
>Huge single liquidation triggers chain reaction
>Initial automated dump on DEXes orderbooks completely dry up
>Some contracts go into auction liquidation like make global settlement, others just keep trying to sell the collateral
>CEX dump follows but not as severe, traders take liquidity from CEX to mainchain to maintain parity (still 50+%, might be more in a flash crash)
>Appears to recover just a bit before another huge dump, 70+% ez
