the more they accumulate the more they convert into longs...eventually the push will become to make btc a reserve currency of the world and there are specific carrot-stick threats they will use to get there (better bitcoin than china, etc).
buying btc now is like buying stock in federal reserve in 1913...we are about to see 100 years of sustained growth.
