When you are starting anything new your focus is 100% and anything positive or negative is far more dramatic in your mind. Once you get used to this you won't care so much anymore. Aim to reduce it's importance in your life so you can focus on other things. Ideally you should only spend 3 seconds a week thinking about your investments.

My worst life mistake is not buying 100,000 raiblocks (nano) when I found out about the project while it was still $0.15 and completely unknown. I realized how revolutionary the tech was and how active the team was. Would cost me barely $15000 when I had $70000 in crypto back then.
