Spend more time with your friends. Drink alcohol(later you don't need it since you can switch to the vibe yourself). Tbh I think my social skills got better when I started scamming people face to face and made some nice money(long and quite interesting story, was in highschool when I did this shit). It was quite dangerous as well since some of them found it out and started threatening with law, but I somehow kept my calm and got my way out of it.

Anyway what I'm trying to say is that it's mostly practice. You can even visualize yourself socialising and envision different scenarios. Try to understand people's personality types.

Some say that it's also like "acting" aka being fake, but I'd say it's more larping desu.
