Let me ask you a matrix of questions:

1. Are you willing to use your looks to sell?

2. Are you willing to use the threat of gender discrimination or harassment as a tool if office politics got nasty?

3. Are you willing to use your looks to cozy up to your superiors?

4. Are you willing to actually put out if the situation calls for it?

5. Can you keep #4 on the down-low well enough that it's not going to tarnish your reputation?

I read a paper where out of top female executives interviewed a sizeable portion of them admitted to sleeping their way to the top but the large majority of them did not. If we accept their answers as honest then it's an option, but not your only option.

I think most people would draw the line where you have drawn the line. You could easily work your way up through marketing and sales if you're cute and willing to flirt just enough to keep people eating out of your hand without leading them on. You have to be able to maintain the fiction that you are "just being friendly" at all times and not overtly flirting.

However you're on 4chan so I'm assuming that your flirtation game has difficulty with the subtle nuances between "not-interested" and "all over you".
