I'm probably going to get put in a ditch for disclosing this but fuck it. Employers have access to a secret government database that allows them to see who you voted for. Thats right. Whats the worst part is that if you are a conservative, you are more likely to be passed over for a job than a liberal even if you qualify. The process is like a loan application. When you apply to a job, the ATS scans and looks for your name in the voting database to determine your political alignment. Based on your experiences and skills it then assigns a score using some overfitted machine learning fuckery to see how conservative you are. I won't mention names but pretty much all the major ATS are in on it. Ever wonder why 99% of corporations changed their logos to rainbows to celebrate tranny month? Well now you know.

Algorithms will evaluate you as someone who is recluse, neurotic, and hence cannot function well in teams.

the average hiring manager at wahecuck.inc doesn't give a rat's ass who you voted for. only way this is happening is if online apps automatically filter you out, or if your applying for a high level wagie position. neither of which apply to me atm

The party you register for is public info in most states and is used to determine if you can vote in primary elections.
There is no secret to this, employers do this as a standard background check.
