Right now is prime accumulation time. Everyone is selling their ethers off cheaply.

look what is coming up, devcon 2.0 only the second ever developer conference for ethereum. Last time it was held in london and was covered by the BBC. Now it's in shanghai and will be the biggest event in blockchain technology, it's sponsored by Santander bank this time. (For those of you who dont know, santander is one of europe and the UKs biggest banks)

Ether is very cheap at this moment. Huge news is coming in the ethereum space.

I don't understand how the price of ethereum has remained stable for so long ,It always seems to be stuck at around the $13 range ,and we all know crypto can be extremely volatile ,why doesn't it experience massive price swings like Bitcoin or other altcoins ? There's nothing really propping the price up ,and the entire concept of ethereum became null and void with the hard fork,on top of that it seems smart contracts might not even be possible since a flaw in the code can send it all crashing down , so the future of ethereum seems sketchy at best.
