14615542 No.14615542 [Reply] [Original]

Hey folks, I trade shit coins full time to make a living wage. Ask me to look at any chart on any specified timeframe and I'll analyze it according to this strategy,
>https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD/6SIl2X3f-The-Holy-Grail-of-Trading-Advanced-Volatility-Theory/

It's a quick read and will give you an idea into what I do. I either identify a trend condition or an active mean reversion condition, then specify the relevant entry point into that condition. Targets are dynamic, so you may need to plug an MA or Bollinger Band into your tradingview chart so you can set an alert for it.

Here's a thousand pages of reading and a dozen hours of videos for you to sift through, it's what I used to learn.

Technically an active bearish mean reversion condition, which implies bearishness to the 110 MA. Short entries would be 11 period CCI crossing under the 100 value on the 4h chart.

If you just want to bet on trend, fine, hold. There's nothing wrong with that when trend is this strong as it's possible price will just go sideways for a few days to complete the mean reversion without going bearish.

Risk is high and you're relying on the greater fool fallacy, but hey this is crypto. Who knows when the parabola will end.

potential energy is low. Either link needs to compress and restore to a state of potential energy, or more force (volume) needs to be added. If people have a reason to add more force they will, they just need a good enough reason.

hell, it's rare to see every single wave PM period maxed in the red like that. Trend is so exhausted from the looks of it.
Also pic related, do the following. Put those bollinger band settings in on the 4h chart for xlm.

Nothing happens until price enters the purple band. When it does, do one of the following.

Buy when the thin teal line is tagged, or,

Buy when price goes below the bottom edge of the teal band, then returns inside of it (but only AFTER the purple band has been entered.

Those band settings will only work on XLM on the 4h, for the next few days or so. Don't copy it somewhere else expecting it to be the holy grail.

Hardcore capitulation, I'm not inclined to try and catch the bottom. Give it some time, even if by some rare chance this is the bottom, it's so exhausted price would just go sideways for at least a month. There's no viable reason to buy at this particular moment. wow, might be the bottom if there's a break above 5000. Really clean, though a quick volatility pop to the downside can be expected since there's a lot of liquidity pooled below the local low. Try placing a buy at 4450. I might actually take a trade on this myself.
