Can someone mansplain to me if BAT is worth it, payout rate, best way to get them etc.

>> No.14604308

It obviously isn't worth it if nobody on 4chan wants to shitpost about it

>> No.14604397

there are three main things about BAT, lemme lay it all out for you:
1. PIECE
2. OF
3. SHIT
hope that helps

>> No.14604696

Do you use Brave Browser?

Yep, I do.

Read the whitepaper. Seriously, if you're not brainlet it will make perfect sense.

>Founded by some literally whos, nerds who invented something called 'javascript' and 'mozilla firefox', none of them even have a philosophy degree.
>Don't even have a vague partnership with google.
>BATmen like to brag about 'having the most adoption in the history of crypto' after 'just a couple of months', but have literally no rebuttal to the fact that nobody cares.
>"Hurr durr the tokenomics are designed so the price doesn't ever have to cap" lol I read the white paper it will cap at $1
>Lead investor is Peter Thiel, a known failure and faggot.
>Brave is built on chromium, when has an internet browser built on open sourced software EVER been successful? Name one? That's right, you can't.

Face it kid it's a shitcoin. Screencap this. BAT will never, EVER, be worth more than maybe $0.40

I like the system a lot but there's no real pump reason. It's working well as is.

BAT is clearly a scamtoken made by absolute nobodies who have had no part in shaping the web for the last 2+ decades and don't know what they're doing

trying to make your creation a standard that will usher in the next era of the web? lol good luck, that's a pretty bold vision and I doubt anyone on the team has the experience to do that

also taking down the number 1 browser in the market? lol good luck, the people at Brave clearly have no clue how to do that

furthermore it's based on advertising, the industry that's notorious for not having a lot of money behind it, so there won't be any buying pressure to push the price per token higher over time

>> No.14605214

>>14605014
bat + brave i think will be successful especially if google persists in sacrificing ux to the needs of their advertising paychecks.
spoonfeed me, is there a decent model somewhere of how the BAT price should correlate to usage?

I'm with you, love brave, getting BAT rewards is cool but considering you just get them for (basically) free makes me wonder why it would ever explode in price. I've been using it for two months, earned 40 bat which is ~$12. Let's say it explodes to $5, you're telling me people are going to see $100/month in their wallet and tip it to other people or websites? I would cash it out immediately.

>> No.14605314

I don't understand how you cash out BAT. It seems like you can't? It looks like it's just designed to be able to give tips to website owners. Do you cash out by impersonating a website owner and contributing to yourself?

>> No.14605349

>>14605305
Fud memes aside that's not how the rewards program works.

As more and more ads on Brave are bought, price per ad (measured in BAT) goes down, which means earnings per ad viewed/clicked (as measured in BAT) goes down as well.

>>14605214
Idk I saw an article online that said based on other ad sales models a likely future price was $11 per, but I can't find it.

Any news on when Brave Rewards will be available in more regions?

>> No.14605558

>>14605423
in the coming months, I believe. it will also be deployed on mobile.
I really think it has s lot of potential, esp compared to coins that literally do nothing and have to mislead the public about their "partnerships" to generate interest. BAT will actually have utility.

desu not fudding, I haven't done any deep dive into how they plan to develop it. I do really enjoy the browser and the reward system is definitely intriguing.
