If Chainlink is on another chain, will the tokens be 1:1 pegged lockup? How will that work with the tokens on different chains to ensure no increase to the token supply?

Nodes are nodes despite what chain they are sending data to. Price should adjust accordingly to support collateral of accurate and trustworthy data. LINK is just the middleware it just needs to translate from point A to point B and make sure that data is accurate and safe
