watch charles hoskinson's AMAs if you're interested. in short, it will do everything ETH & EOS does but better, faster, and more decentralized. but that's not even scratching the surface. Cardano triggers ETH & EOS bagholders something fierce

right now it can be used like any other crypto. with shelly which is in live phase 1 testnet right now you will be able to stake your coins (from a cold wallet if you wish or from a hardware wallet if you wish) and deploy/make use of smart contracts and dapps. but that is not even scratching the surface of what cardano is capable of. it is going to make the current iteration of ETH look like a toy. again, you need to watch Charles AMAs to get a feel for the depth of what is coming - also the cardano effect podcast interviews devs from the project and that can give some more insight. depends on how deep you want to go. marketing push is not going to happen until after shelly goes live I believe - that's when questions you have will be more easily answered without needing to dig.

cardano is a marketing project.

It is worth billions, has built nothing of value, is years behind competition, has no real roadmap for scalability and it's ceo travels around the world everywhere on ICO money

this is literally just a shitty eth clone with a diff programming language.

correct. meeting government officials, prime ministers, and other important people and groups. that is called business development.
>on ICO money
no anon, that is false. that is a typical ETH/EOS bagholder fud clarion call. shame on you.
