My accountant is a dinosaur and don’t know shit about taxation on BTC. How the fuck I’m supposed to cashout an pay taxes on BTC capital gains? There is some special rules for long term tax free capital gains like Germany?

What matters is if the judge thinks you were investing as a "prudent man" (goede huisvader).
I think there have been some (EU) precedents indicating that if you don't touch your shit for at least a year, you're there.
But again, it's the judge's call.
