He's right about our service economy being totally overvalued and prone to weakness, though. Blows my mind how few people in this country have any idea about how value works in a global economy. If people don't want your products/services, then you have no power. If we want to be powerful, then we need to produce products/services that the rest of the world needs.

The worst stock market crash already happened, and I don't think anything on that level will occur again. There are too many hard working and smart people in this world, and too many rules to prevent a completely fabricated market. Most everyone in this country is doing their 9-5 and that is not fabricated, it's real labor, and a real market.

Icahn is right about the bubble though. RE is 30 - 50% too high, the student debt bubble is gonna be a problem, and our youngest generation is as soft as tissue paper (not all, but many)
