I have trained on and off drug free for over a decade and having known who the drug users are in my gym and knowing what real natural athletes look like, I can tell you this guy is 100% using PEDs.
And even fat slobs that are totally average and not impressive are using drugs.

Naturals are not big, they can be insanely strong and ripped for their weight, but never shredded and jacked size simultaneously.
They can be jacked without drugs
