Why does this elude so many anons here? It’s like the reddit mentality where they discredit a project until it finally moons and gets media attention and they the feel validated and proceed to buy, missing out in the exponential gains we’re all looking to make.

Biz tends to do the same. Sad!

To be completely honest, only a few bizraelies actually understand this, the rest just do as their told. We have our own npc community here that won’t take any action on their own until they see “everybody is doing it” and to reach that kind of validation they need to see a “healthy marketcap” of 100’s of millions. In fact, you rarely see 10x, 100x gains on +100m mc coins. Those mythical 1000x gains come from smart anons investing in sub 10m mc projects. Unless it’s BTC or ETH I don’t touch anything unless it’s under 25m market cap.
But that’s just me, also im fucking rich.

>> No.14541508

>>14541478
100m market cap is probably the least healthiest market cap a coin can have; not enough to be worth something but too much to properly moon.

Yeah, at higher volatily, higher potential rewards and higher risk.

It's like you never took a Finance class and you are just playing around with memecoins using your NEETbux. Wait that perfectly describes 99% of the people here.

You made your first discovery on the road to financial knowledge. Like a monkey discovering he can stab other monkeys with a pointy rock.
Congratulations.

I see the npc's making LINK posts for example
>just got my pay check going all in on LINK!
This is not knocking LINK. The smart anons all got in, like you said, when it was 11 cents, 15 cents, etc. Meanwhile, low cap projects present themselves and you get accused of being a shill or discord tranny if you dare post about it. It's all really kind of retarded.

>> No.14541581

Majority of projects fail. We can't have 5000 different currencies that we use on a daily base. Go with ones with practical application and actual name recognition. Maybe a couple shitcoins you think have potential.

Not all crypto are currencies. Also they’re are less than 2500 active currencies. It’s really not that hard to narrow down the legitimate ones with potential out of that bucket. Nobody can help you if you don’t understand this.

it's hilarious how this works on biz
>shill a sub 10m mcap coin at 1-4 cent
>no one cares
>shit goes to 10-12 cents and people fomo in
>it dumps 40% over a week and then they cry and panic sell

The funniest thing of all is when something dumps but not because of bad fundamentals but because of general market sentiment, like what happened last year. People looking to invest should feel giddy when a bear market happens because that means they get to scoop up shit for cheap, but nope, better wait till it's up 400% over the course of a month to buy in and then complain when there's a 30-40% correction

Just a word of warning, 2017 alt season isn't going to happen again. This is not to say you can't make gains off alts.

Yes we will see some alts moon, especially after BTC reaches its peak this halving cycle and people begin to dump into alts, triggering a fomo craze and pumps.
However, something like ICO craze will not happen again, coins will not moon 50x because they changed their logo and so forth. The alts that will really succeed are the ones with real utility (yes, crypto is finally becoming useful thanks to Chainlink). The holy trinity is now complete.

>>14541478
If you didn't go all in on chainlink below 40 cents, you should just leave /biz/.

Well, I hold just about everything on the top 100 chart. 50% of my capital is in USDC, USDT & USD. If you’re asking what I recently went in on, VIDT & LIT, unironically. When I see shilling here I immediately do the research. A project that checks out from my personal assessment compounded with interest across multiple forums is an incredible find. Compare these two to some other project being shilled here, like zoo for example. If you can not differentiate the between the shill tactics alone, not ever gonna make it.

I always invest with a plan to double down as a bonus if the price takes a dive, in fact I’ve made astronomical gains by doing this as they recover down the line.

The biggest mistake people make is going ALL IN on a single asset in one fatal swoop. Designate a small percent of your capital to invest in a project, cut that in half and invest. If the prices goes up Great! If the price goes down, even better, time to double down and snag more coin.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand low market cap gems. The white paper is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the concepts will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also alts nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The early adopters understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these words, to realize that they're not just smart- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike low cap alts truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, how to search on coinmarketcap which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. And yes by the way, I DO have a groesletcoin tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
