In order for the market cap of the coin to be worth more than it is right now, you would need at least 200 AmSpec level companies using the service. For a 2X from this point forward, 400 major companies. Otherwise the token is significantly overvalued. What would justify a 40 million market cap right now when V-ID currently makes probably less than 3 million dollars net profit a year?

yes, but you as an investor can buy chainlink for a purpose, the purpose being staking. chainlink also needs to be decentralized. vidt isn't a decentralized project and the token only serves for the validations that are paid in fiat. there's no actual use for the token outside of the vidt api apart from the buybacks which are just there to throw you bagholders who funded their ico a bone.
