It's the comparison of two different trading pairs. Link vs Bitcoin, Link is now the most valueable it has ever been. You can get more BTC for link than ever before.

The problem is Bitcoin vs USD is lower. So link is still lower vs USD. If boomercoin was still at just under 14k, link would be 5.25ish with no extra work or outside forces.
