My take: Will VIDT get a $1bn valuation? Hard to say but companies like echosign (online signatures, $150M+ in revenues, acquired by Adobe) are already there. Can it be a $100M company? Likely if they can show (a) $7M ARR (50% YOY growth) or (b) sign up large clients as they are doing now and show growth (100% YOY)

My biggest advice to their team: Remove the fucking pricing page. In Silicon valley we understand that value is hard to ascertain on edge technologies. Problem is wallstreet/investor fuktards will start thinking old school multiples (EBITDA, cashflow etc.). This is why facebook stock was down for years, and amazon as well. Wallstreet did not understand the social media or e-commerce models. Right now none of us understands how to value ICOs or put them on the books. Remove any indicator that allows dumbass investors to price you right now. Focus on closing deals and sign big clients. Rest is history.

Remember execution > tech > idea. Class dismissed!
