I took them anon for a few months, dont fall into the trap thinking that taking meds is the cure to your problems, theyre just the means to the end of self-development. First 2 weeks you may feel a bit weird, dream a bit mad, but youll adjust, make sure to keep exercising and eat a variety of healthy food. GL anon

Yeah, for mental issues meds 100% have their place but so long as it's not a hard biological mental issue then it's best using them to break out of a negative cycle.

For some reason during a period of high work and life stress although i felt fine the stress physically manifested as some nervous bladder. I would literally have to leave meetings mid-sentence to go piss. Took valium for a month and stopped and it never came back.
