Not what I would call gems, but I believe exchange tokens paying dividends will naturally be rising due to volume picking up.
Also thinking that an ICO/IEO scheme using said tokens is likely to become the norm.

Magnet (MAG) is one I very much like but is a big big moonshot, even more so since the cryptopia hack.
