example

you see a 20% spike for almost no reason, you look at the volume/order book records and see it was one guy just straight up getting the stack he wanted

so, you're now sitting at 20% higher than what is normal- bots or anons will fill the buys well above what was normal for that day, you sell to them
the price will naturally readjust to what it was going to be, and you rebuy at that point when the bots and anons selling refill the sell orders more appropriate with where it hsould be

What usually happens is you sell what you think is the "top", it continues to go up, you freak out, you FOMO back in 10% later, it turns out that was the real top, it drops 30%, you panic sell, it increases 15% again, you FOMO back in, it drops 40%, you turn into a HODL bot, it drops another 20% and then you create a bogdanoff video and become addicted to meth.

since 9 out of 10 pumps are bullshit, you gain confidence and start selling every pump and buying back later, increasing your stack by 10% here and there.
